The drawing line built by Niehoff Machinery Changzhou Co., Ltd. (NMC) features a compact design, high productivity and energy saving operation at a low wire break rate.

The bunching machine built by NMC is characterized by high productivity and perfectly filled spools. The one-bow design with an energy-saving Eco-Bow ensures considerable energy savings compared to conventional bunchers. It is ideal for processing copper alloy fine wires (like CuSn0.3) into strands.

The braider type BMV 24 with 24 bobbin carriers features an infinitely adjustable electronic control of line speed and braiding pitch as well as an automatic central lubrication system. Multiple monitoring systems enable unattended operation over longer periods of time and without frequent operator intervention.
