The material testing presses that have

been in use in the wire industry for decades

for compression tests according to DIN

EN 10263 have been significantly modified

by us since our takeover of the corresponding

division at KAMAX GmbH & Co. KG in 2015

and are now state-of-the-art. The experiences

and feedback from our customers, all of

them globally active steel group companies,

become part of our continuous improvement

process for these systems.

Our extremely sturdy base frame, tried and

tested across millions of test processes, has

been left largely in its traditional form, while

we have concentrated above all on userfriendliness,

occupational safety, sensors and

controls in order to ensure the highest possible

level of precision in testing during manufacture,

in compliance with all the relevant

standards and regulations.

Faced with extremely intensive competition,

unique selling points and efficient processes

are of the greatest importance. The use of

our testing presses guarantees reproducible,

monitored and logged quality assurance processes,

which are also an important element

of the IATF 16949 standard.

Incorporation into existing production data acquisition

systems and/or company networks is

of course possible.
