Modern Laser and X-ray technologies measure precisely and reliably product parameters such as outer diameter, ovality, wall thickness and concentricity. In addition, SIKORA’s product portfolio comprises spark testers for the detection of insulation faults, lump detectors for the detection of faults on the product surface, capacity measuring systems as well as devices for reliable conductor preheating and temperature measurement and control.
SIKORA also offers a wide range of measuring systems for quality control of optical fibers at different positions in the drawing tower. It consists of devices for the measurement of the diameter and the position of the bare and coated fiber as well as for the determination of the tension and detection of airlines.
With the PURITY SCANNER ADVANCED and PURITY CONCEPT Systems, SIKORA provides online and offline inspection, sorting and analysis systems for plastic pellets, compounds, additives and recycled materials.

X-RAY 8000 ADVANCED/NXT
The X-RAY 8000 NXT is a proven tool that became globally an industrial standard for quality control at the production of medium, high and extra-high voltage cables in CCV, VCV and MDCV lines. It convinces by precise and reliable measurements of concentricity, wall thickness, diameter and ovality as well as by controlling cables with up to three layers. Today there are more than 1,000 X-RAY 8000 systems at customer locations worldwide assuring online quality control.
CENTERVIEW PRO
With the CENTERVIEW 10 and CENTERVIEW 25, SIKORA presents two innovative models for product dimensions from 0.1 to 25 mm. Using a combined inductive and optical measuring method, the diameter and ovality of cables are reliably measured in addition to the eccentricity
LASER PRO
With the new LASER PRO, SIKORA sets new standards in the field of diameter measurement. The model family comprises 3 innovative devices with 5 extended advantages for the user for product dimensions from 0.1 to 110 mm.
X-RAY 6000 PRO / X-RAY 6000 PURE / X-RAY 6000 C-PIPEAI
The X-ray measuring devices X-RAY 6000 PRO and X-RAY 6000 PURE as well as the AI-based X-RAY 6000 PRO C-PIPEAI for measuring corrugated pipes are recommended for continuous quality control in pipe and hose extrusion lines or during the insulation or sheathing of cables and wires. All systems provide precise and reliable measurement data for quality assurance of pipes, hoses, cables and wires.
LM PRO
The new LM PRO expands SIKORA’s product range with another innovative length measuring device. The system measures length and speed without contact and with extraordinary accuracy of 0.05 %. The system also offers direction and standstill detection*. Starting its measurement at a line speed of 0 m/min and being surface insensitive, the LM PRO avoids both overproduction and underproduction as well as slippage and wear. After the one-time commissioning of the device, no further calibration is required. The LM PRO measures accurately and reliably over time.
PURITY SCANNER ADVANCED
With the PURITY SCANNER ADVANCED, SIKORA offers a unique system for 100% online inspection with automatic sorting of amorphous and crystalline materials. The system is used by both cable manufacturers and raw material producers. The combination of X-ray technology and a flexible optical system enables the detection and sorting of pellets containing metallic and organic contaminants, both within the pellet and on its surface.
