Peeling Machines
Precision peeling machines for the production of bright steel in tolerances h8/h9 in the diameter range from 8 to 450 mm. Depending on requirements, production can be carried out from ring-to-ring, ring-to-bar or bar-to-bar. In combination with saws, shears, straightening machines, chamfering machines, etc., complete production lines can be created.
PM Series
The PM series is based on the latest developments and features the unique, patented PM peeling head.
In contrast to all competitor systems, the PM peeling head adjustment is rotary and therefore enables maximum stability, regardless of the machined diameter. In the PM series, the compensation of the cutting insert wear occurs automatically. A laser measuring system is used for this purpose.

Drawbenches
Precision drawbenches are used whenever the application cannot be covered by a combined drawing machine for economic or technological reasons.
Centerless Grinding Machines
Precision grinding machines for the production of bright steel in tolerances of h5/h6 in the diameter range 1-150 mm. Precise surfaces with Ra ≤ 0.1 μm maximum can be achieved. By using double grinding wheel spindles and separate transport wheels, twice as much surface removal is guaranteed compared to conventional grinding machines.
Chamfering Machines
Chamfering machines are used to chamfer the bar at both ends. Moreover, special bar ends, such as pins or counterbores.
Shot blasting system
The shot blasting machine brings the surface of the starting material to the optimum condition. When processing steel and steel alloys, the material is mechanically descaled by a shot blasting machine before drawing. This ensures that only metallically pure material enters the drawing die of the drawing machine.
